If the user has not been granted the appropriate roles to use the Micro Client within the user manager the client will be unable to login.
This problem can also occur when there is a firewall condition between the user and the ACHeck21 systems. The browser can be using a proxy server or other means of managing traffic while the Micro client itself uses proprietary libraries for communication.
Contact your installer and request they verify your Micro Client authorization. You may not have been granted sufficient privileges.
If authorization has been granted, contact your network administrator and verify port 443 (SSL) is open on outgoing traffic to address gateway.acheck21.com.
