Problem: Error libeay32.dll dynamic link library is missing

When the ACHeck21 Micro client opens, an error appears and displays "libeay32.dll dynamic link library is missing" causing an unexpected crash in the software.

This problem is caused when third party software updates shared DLL libraries in Windows. Sometimes, when these software packages update these libraries, conflicts can arise between different versions of the same libraries causing other legacy software to cease functioning.

Solution:
Run a search on local PC for the libeay32.dll file, copy it to the desktop, and email it to client with directions to save it the root folder, ACHeck21, under Program Files.
